Alazani Valley Semi-Sweet White Wine made from selected Rkatsiteli grape grown in the Alazani Valley of Kakheti region. It is a light straw, smacks of quince. Taste elegant, pleasant, and cheerful. Grapes plucked early morning. The technology prevents oxygen leak in the utilization process to the limit. High-tech equipment existing in the winery allows controlling temperature steadily, starting from the grape delivery till storing wine products. Temperature control is exclusively strict during the alcoholic fermentation process, which helps to keep grape aromas in the wine. This wine has a harmoniously velvety sweetness of fruits.
